ISO 9001:2008 Introduction and Awareness
This course gives the delegates a short introduction to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 and how an organisation should go about implementing such a system. The course can be adapted to suit a mixture of staff levels or aimed at a particular group.

ISO 9001:2008 Auditor/Lead Auditor course
(IRCA Registration No. A 17044.)
This course meets the training requirements for individuals seeking registration as Quality Management System Auditors with the IRCA. This five-day course covers all IRCA 2245 requirements including an analysis of ISO 9001: 2008, preparing and conducting an audit, report writing and auditing techniques. read more »

ISO 9001:2008 Series Internal Auditor course
The course can be run over either one or two days depending on the clients’ requirements. The course will give the delegates the knowledge to carry out process-based audits and this course can include a live audit when run in house.

ISO/TS 16949:2009 Auditor/Lead Auditor course
(IRCA Registration No. A 17044.)
This course meets the training requirements for individuals seeking registration as Quality Management System Auditors with the IRCA. This five-day course is a variant of our ISO 9001: 2008 course, and has been revised to meet the particular requirements of the automotive industry. The course covers an analysis of ISO/TS 16949: 2009, preparing and conducting an audit, report writing and auditing techniques.

ISO/TS 16949:2009 Internal Auditor Course
The course can be run over either one or two days depending on the clients’ requirements. The course will give the delegates the knowledge to carry out process-based audits and this course can include a live audit when run in house.

ISO 14001: 2004

ISO 14001:2004 Introduction and Awareness
This course gives the delegates a short introduction to the requirements of ISO 14001: 2004 and how an organisation should go about implementing such a system. The course can be adapted to suit a mixture of staff levels or aimed at a particular group.

ISO 14001:2004 Internal Auditor Course

ISO 14001:2004 Auditor/Lead Auditor Course

OHSAS 18001

OHSAS 18001: 2007 Introduction & Awareness
This course gives the delegates a short introduction to the requirements of OHSAS 18001 and how an organisation should go about implementing such a system. The course can be adapted to suit a mixture of staff levels or aimed at a particular group.

OHSAS 18001: 2007 Internal Auditor Course
This course can be run as either a one, two or three day course depending on the client’s requirements. The course is aimed at delegates who wish to establish, manage and audit management systems in accordance with OHSAS 18001. The course covers an analysis of the standard, how to develop, manage and audit a system.

OHSAS Auditor Conversion Course
This course is aimed at delegates who currently have experience in either quality or management systems and who wish to expand their experience to cover OH&S systems.

ISO 22000 ISO 22000: 2005 Auditor/Lead Auditor course
(IRCA Registration No. A 17365.)
This course meets the training requirements for individuals seeking registration as Quality Management System Auditors with the IRCA. This five-day course covers all IRCA  requirements including review f ISO 22000: 2005, preparing and conducting an audit, report writing and auditing techniquesPrior Knowledge

Before starting this course, you are expected to have the following prior knowledge:

  1. a) Knowledge of the following Food Safety management principles and concepts:
  • Implementing or operating a management system within a food sector context. This includes private schemes such as BRC, GLOBALGAP, FSSC and/or other schemes which include management system components.
  • Relevant key food safety legislation (this may be specific to students’ food industry context and location).
  • Knowledge of prerequisite programmes as specified in ISO/TS 22002-1.
  • Good Practice guides for Agriculture (GAP), Veterinary (GVP), Manufacturing (GMP), Hygiene (GHP), Production (GPP), Distribution (GDP) and/or Trading (GTP) depending on the segment of the food chain in which the student operates.
  • The principles of HACCP as defined by the Codex Alimentarius Commission.

b) Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 22000 or acceptable equivalent,

This knowledge can be gained in a number of ways:

  • Previous experience and existing knowledge
  • Attending an IRCA ISO 9001 Foundation course – or equivalent
  • Reading or self-study
